He's done it again. Kelly Slater won the Volcom Pipe Pro. The writing was on the wall in Round 4 when Slater air dropped into a meaty barrel, almost submerged his entire board, then pulled in, got covered up, spit out, and scored a perfect 10. Then in the first minute of the final he pulled a clean barrel and put up a 9.57, no one else even stood a chance.
